IHM’s applied research is solution oriented. IHM’s nonprofit charter was granted specifically so the institute could conduct research and educate people about its findings? After more than two decades, the wealth of information that has improved people’s lives worldwide and enriched the scientific community has honored that charter.

HeartMath researchers currently are investigating these important areas:

• How what we are feeling affects people around us.
• How our hearts’ intuition can steer us in the right direction.
• The interconnectedness between people and the global field environment.
• Whether stress levels, emotional states and behavior are influenced by fluctuations in the earth’s magnetic fields
• In what ways collective emotions and consciousness affect the global field environment.
