Additional Coherence Tools
Are there any techniques in your books, Transforming Stress or Transforming Anxiety, that are not in your original HeartMath book?
The newer books, Transforming Anger, Transforming Stress, and Transforming Anxiety, have the Quick Coherence technique, which is the basic tool to practice. It is a simpler, easier to use tool than in the previous books. The new books also have Attitudinal Breathing, which is a new tool, along with exercises to practice for the specific areas: anger, stress, and anxiety.
