Our mission at IHM is to help establish heart-based living and global coherence by inspiring people to connect with their hearts’ intelligence and guidance. We educate children and adults on the effects of positive emotions on health, learning, performance and quality of life. We conduct scientific research in the field of psychophysiology of emotions and heart–brain interactions and provide effective programs and techniques to help people transform stress. The HeartMath Military Service Appreciation Fund is an extension of IHM’s mission to establish heart-based living and global coherence by inspiring people to connect with their hearts’ intelligence and guidance. Your contribution will provide training programs and technology to military troops, giving them solutions for lessening mental, emotional and physical suffering; help these brave men and women, who’ve given so much, before deployment and with reintegration from combat zones to cope with the impact of war; and expand training for mental health professionals at Veterans Administration facilities and other organizations helping veterans and active-duty troops. Shift Global Consciousness
The Institute of HeartMath's Global Coherence Initiative needs your help in uniting millions of people in heart-focused care and intention, to shift global consciousness from instability and discord to balance, cooperation and enduring peace.

The De-Stress Kit for the Changing Times already has reached a great number of people, but the Institute of HeartMath is being inundated with requests for print copies.

Stress is increasing daily and there are so many people who don’t have access to computers who need the print version. These include people who visit social service agencies, welfare and employment offices, homeless shelters and tent cities, soup kitchens, community health clinics, retirement homes, military personnel at the battlefront, churches, juvenile detention centers and prisons.
