HeartMath for Communities Project

This special outreach program of the Institute of HeartMath is helping individuals through difficult times by training your local and regional nonprofit organizations to present the HeartMath® De-Stress Workshop™, at no cost, to those they serve. You can choose to become one of these people by donating to the HeartMath for Communities Project.

The De-Stress Workshop, which is teaching skills to individuals and families seeking relief from today’s many stressors, including economic recession, unrest and natural disasters. Together we are helping people connect with their hearts, reach inner peace and rediscover joy in their lives.This highly beneficial workshop, based on the science of stress reduction and emotion self-regulation, is helping individuals and families lower stress, restore energy and build the self-confidence and resiliency needed to face today’s challenges.

The life-changing HeartMath De-Stress Workshop is benefitting the constituents of nonprofit and social-service organizations such as community centers, volunteer fire departments, veterans centers and churches. Among the many individuals this two-hour workshop is designed to reach are seniors, people experiencing a variety of hardships, parents, as well as veterans and active-duty service members and their families. It is truly remarkable how much care and kindness goes out every day to millions of people in need, and even more amazing that it all begins with the tiny sparks of love in the hearts of caring individuals.
