What if I received incorrect or damaged items?

icon_return.gifIf you received the wrong item, or the item you received is damaged, we will ship the correct item or a replacement item to you at no additional cost. In either case, we will arrange return shipping at our expense.

If you want to return an item, a return authorization must be issued within 60 days of the shipping date of the original order. If you would like to return an item, please call us toll free at (800) 711-6221 within the U.S., or 1-831-338-8500 outside the U.S. Or send an e-mail to: Returns@heartmath.orgto obtain a return authorization number and expedite your return.

• Write your return authorization number on the outside of the box and on the packing slip or invoice.

• Pack the items you are returning in a sturdy box with adequate padding and packing material. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. No returns will be accepted if parts are missing.

• Include the original packing slip or invoice with the reason for return. If you no longer have your invoice or packing list, include a note with your name, address, phone number and reason for the return. Returns received without this basic information will be subject to delay.

Your credit-card charge will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Note: Some credit-card companies can take up to 30 days to process your credit.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.
