Thank you for shopping with the Institute of HeartMath. We usually ship within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, via UPS and USPS – the United States Postal Service.


emWave PC or handheld emWave PSR Orders
When your order includes the emWave PC, the handheld emWave PSR or a learning program that includes either of these emWave products, we only ship via a trackable shipping method to insure delivery. Please select a UPS shipping method (unless shipping to an APO or FPO address, then select USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail).

Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses
Please follow these guidelines when entering the Shipping Address:
Name: Enter the recipient's full name and rank or title
Address: Include the unit and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address
State: Select either 'Armed Forces Americas' (AA), 'Armed Forces Europe' (AE) or 'Armed Forces Pacific' (AP) in the state dropdown
Zip: Use 9 digit zip code if one is assigned for that APO or FPO
Country: Select 'United States' (even when the package is going overseas)
For Shipping Method, select from USPS Shipping methods only

Special Shipping Rates to Canada
The Institute of HeartMath is able to offer a special shipping rate for Canadian customers. To receive this reduced rate, select UPS Standard to Canada as the shipping method.
Your order will ship on the Wednesday following the date the order is placed, but please order ahead to allow processing time. Estimated time in transit is five to seven business days from the shipping date. With this method, the Institute of HeartMath is able to pay all brokerage fees, GST and provincial taxes.
Please note: Because orders for Canada are batched and shipped as one order, and then separated for delivery after arrival in Canada, the tracking number showing for UPS Standard to Canada orders will not work.

Free Shipping Offer - USA & Canada
Receive free shipping via UPS Ground (UPS Standard to Canada) when your order total is $250 or more. This method does not ship to P.O. Boxes, only to street addresses.

The USPS Priority shipping rates have been divided into three zones. Please use the map below to select the correct zone according to the state where the order is being shipped. Note: If you select an incorrect USPS Priority shipping method, you will receive an error message when you submit your order.

HeartMath ships to any country that UPS or USPS Global Express delivers to.
Please note: You may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government for your order because it is coming from outside of your country. Any duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what duties and/or taxes are applicable for each specific country.
