emWave® Desktop with Meditation & Self-Help Assistant Guide

The emWave Desktop for Mac and PC is an award-winning technology that monitors your heart rhythms, displays them in real time and determines your level of coherence – a state people experience when they are in sync physically, emotionally and mentally. The emWave Meditation, Prayer and Self-Help Assistant booklet (included at no additional charge) provides a comprehensive understanding of how to use the emWave to enhance your spiritual and personal growth practices, and your inner peace. Using the emWave along with this booklet can facilitate any approach to meditation, prayer, personal development or healing. Together, they help create more ease and flow from the heart, which helps you feel the benefits you seek more quickly.

The emWave system offers four challenge levels to sharpen your coherence-building skills. Additionally, it incorporates an accumulated coherence scoring display so you can track your progress during sessions and save and review your sessions over time.
