Improving Lives Through Care and Compassion
The many major stressors communities face today are taking a tremendous toll on them. People’s energy reserves are being depleted and their resiliency is wearing thin. The HeartMath for Communities Project provides individuals, families and non-profit community organizations relief by helping to bridge the gap to so many who are unable to access HeartMath’s tools and training.
The Communities Project offers free vital training to underserved organizations and groups that provide their constituents with skills for reducing daily stress and succeeding in the face of today’s challenges.
Your contribution will help provide scholarships to individuals such as caring, compassionate organizations like senior care facilities, social-service agencies, law enforcement agencies and volunteer fire departments. HeartMath for Communities teaches thousands of people each year emotion-refocusing tools and coherence and resilience skills.
