When your order includes any Inner Balance or emWave sensor, we only ship via a trackable shipping method to insure delivery. Please select a UPS shipping method (unless shipping to an APO or FPO address, then select USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail).

Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses

Please follow these guidelines when entering the Shipping Address
Name: Enter the recipient's full name and rank or title
Address: Include the unit and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address.
State: Select either 'Armed Forces Americas' (AA), 'Armed Forces Europe' (AE) or 'Armed Forces Pacific' (AP) in the state dropdown.
Zip: Use 9 digit zip code if one is assigned for that APO or FPO
Country: Select 'United States' (even when the package is going overseas)
Shipping Method, select from USPS Shipping methods only
Free Shipping Offers: For special free shipping offers, U.S customers receive free shipping via UPS Ground. Note: This method does not ship to P.O. Boxes, only to street addresses.
