The HeartMath Military Service Appreciation Initiative
Provides veterans, military service members and their spouses with resilience-building programs and emotion-regulation technology for lessening mental, emotional and physical challenges. We provide solutions to help them overcome and deal with mental and emotional hardships. The HeartMath Education And Resilience Training ( H.E.A.R.T.) DVD better equips veterans with skill-building tools that prepares them to venture out on their own – into communities, relationships, jobs and more productive and meaningful lives.
The HeartMath Education And Resilience Training (H.E.A.R.T.) program is now available online for veterans, current service members and their families. This free program, which has reached nearly 8,000 individuals, previously was available only on DVD. It is our hope it will now reach thousands more.
Your contribution will also provide:
- Mentoring programs and technology to veterans and military service members that helps them before and after deployment and in reintegration.
- Expand training for mental health professionals at Veterans Administration facilities and other organizations helping veterans and active-duty troops.
- Provide scholarships for training, products and technology for current and former service members, their families and those who serve them.
- Increase the number of free resources on the Institute’s website for service members, veterans and their families.
