McCraty is a psychophysiologist who is an Internationally known authority on heart intelligence, heart-rate variability, the physiology of emotions and the mechanisms by which emotions influence cognitive processes, behavior and health.

- Jeff Goelitz – Education specialist for the Institute of HeartMath who conducts education programming, planning and development. Goelitz is a senior trainer for HeartMath programs and has helped create HeartMath learning programs for teachers and schools.
