Help Alleviate Trauma in Lives and Restore Hope Through Heart-Coherence Transformation.
The HeartMath Trauma Recovery Project fund is a compassionate initiative to help traumatized children and adults in the U.S. and around the world. It will serve those affected by torture, flight from home and country, PTSD, human trafficking, natural disasters, school shootings, loss and more. Certified HeartMath trainers will teach heart-focusing, emotion self-regulation and other coherence-building skills to individuals and small groups. We will develop a program and the supporting materials needed and offer sponsorship assistance to those in need. Our goal is to raise $80,000 for a pilot project. HeartMath researchers currently are investigating the Tree Research Project Phase 2, the Global Tree Monitoring Network.

Our scientists will expand the number and types of trees and varieties we monitor.  The benefits of this research include the collection important data that may aid in prediction of earthquakes – and saving lives.
