Help Alleviate Trauma and Restore Hope
The HeartMath Trauma Recovery Project fund is a compassionate initiative to help traumatized children and adults in the U.S. and around the world. It serves those affected by torture, flight from home and country, PTSD, human trafficking, natural disasters, school shootings, loss and more. Certified HeartMath professionals teach heart-focusing, emotion self-regulation and other coherence-building skills to individuals and small groups.
Your donation supports programs and tools for:
- Easing refugees’ fear and anxiety
- Renewing human-trafficking victims’ sense of security
- Restoring hope among victims of natural disaster
- Assisting in communities’ emotional recovery following civil strife
- Alleviating symptoms of PTSD

As little as $5 each month can help us bring positive change to the lives of people around the world. Your funds are put to work immediately to support research, communities and classrooms.
100% of your donation supports the vital work of our programs.
The HeartMath Institute does not use public donations for administrative or fundraising costs. Through sales and licensing we generate the funds necessary to cover our operating expenses. Your donations exclusively impact the lives of those you seek to empower.
